Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to every catering booking made with Getbonuswinner, whether confirmed by email, phone, online form or written proposal. By paying a deposit you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
Quotes remain valid for fourteen days from the date they are issued. After that period prices may be adjusted to reflect seasonal ingredient costs or staff availability.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is considered confirmed only when we have received your signed acceptance and a deposit of twenty-five percent of the quoted total. Deposit amounts for events over two hundred guests may be higher and will be stated expressly in your proposal.
- Provisional dates are held for seven calendar days without a deposit
- Saturday dates between April and October may require a minimum guest count
- Bookings for corporate accounts follow separate invoicing arrangements
- Final headcount is due fourteen days before the event date
Cancellations and changes
If you cancel more than ninety days before the event, your deposit is refunded in full less any third-party costs we have already committed to on your behalf. Cancellations between ninety and thirty days forfeit fifty percent of the deposit. Cancellations within thirty days of the event are charged at the full quoted amount, because ingredients, staffing and equipment will already have been scheduled.
Reductions in guest numbers of ten percent or less are accepted without charge if notified at least fourteen days in advance. Larger reductions may be charged proportionally.
Service standards and liability
We aim to arrive within our agreed delivery window and complete service as planned. If a delay is caused by factors outside our control, including extreme weather, road closures or venue access issues, we will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the service safely and on time.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the total value of the catering services supplied for the affected event. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or reputational damage.
Alcohol, dietary requirements and conduct
Where alcohol is served, we operate under Queensland responsible service of alcohol requirements and may refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated. Dietary requirements must be provided in writing at least fourteen days before the event; we cannot guarantee safe preparation of a specific allergen without adequate notice.
Our staff are entitled to work in a safe, respectful environment. Abusive or threatening behaviour may result in immediate suspension of service without refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be handled first through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, through the courts of Queensland.
